Achievement
Lee-Rong has served as Director of The Center for Economic Forecasting at Chung-Hua Institution For Economic Research for over 5 years, and has been the Chief Economist of CTBC Bank.
She has also served as Vice President of Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance, and Independent Director of Farmers Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of Taiwan, and Reliance Securities, among many positions.

When Lee-Rong served as Standing Director of FinTech Industry Development Association (FIDA), she made suggestions on “Financial Regulatory Sandbox” and “Open Banking” and both were accepted by FSC for implementation,and succeeded in lobbying the legislators to include FinTech as one of the relevant industries under “Organizational Law of Ministry of Digital Affairs” and the government to set up the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

She has published a book on regulatory and financial technologies in 2019, and another on digital currency in 2021.
