A Proven Figure in Education and Head of Social Enterprise Initiative
Yih Jeng is an associate professor of the Finance Department of National Sun Yat-Sen University and is Chair of the school’s Social Enterprise Development and Research Center, in addition to Chairman of the Kaohsiung Social Enterprise Association, and Board Director of the GWG Social Charity Foundation.

Yih previously held the following positions: CEO of National Sun Yat-Sen University’s (NSYU) EMBA program; Co-Chief Investment Officer of Prudential Financial Securities Investment Trust; Senior Consultant to Fuhwa Securities Investment Trust; Vice President of Fuhwa Securities; Consultant to Polaris Securities; member of the New Product Research and Development Committee of Taiwan Futures Exchange; and TEJ Committee member for compiling the TAIEX IT Elite 30 Index. As a CFA charter holder, he specializes in social impact investments, quantitative portfolio theories and modeling, and financial derivatives modeling and implementation.

In November 2012, Yih as a major advocate for the development of local social enterprises founded the NSYU Social Enterprise Development and Research Center. The Center is engaged in increasing student exposure to social enterprise-related courses.
